Gorebridge Community Hub An invited competition entry for a community hub building commissioned by Gorebridge Community Development Trust. 0ur proposal links to the existing local library through an internal street which connects the various public resources at ground level. An open and accessible entrance elevation sets the civic agenda encouraging inclusivity and participation. A robust highly insulated and air tight external envelope with integrated ventilation and heat exchange systems keeps running costs low and building management straightforward.
