Two new houses with-in the garden grounds of a traditional farmhouse at Seton Mains in East Lothian.

​

House One is a generous family home designed to follow the sun from morning to evening and connect to the surrounding garden at ground level. The house is planned as two parallel wings of accommodation providing both internal and external privacy and a dramatic sense of place and arrival.

​

House Two is a modern Scottish longhouse. Flexible ground floor living, dining and family rooms open directly to the garden, and bedrooms occupy the first floor roof space.

​

Planning consent for both houses was granted in Spring 2014.
