Our clients wished to reconfigure their single and attic storey property forming part of a B-Listed former steading building.
The main objective was to redesign the existing kitchen/dining area, which was compromised by a lack of sufficient functional space, deprived of sun and daylight and with no direct access to the courtyard garden.
By repurposing the existing garage space and relocating the workshop, storage, and utility area to a new outbuilding in the rear garden, we were able to create a more functional kitchen space and a light filled double height dining area with direct access to the courtyard garden.
Completed in March 2023.
