Isle of Cumbrae North Ayrshire

 

On the Isle of Cumbrae, we worked closely with our client on the refurbishment of a traditional cottage on the east coast of the island.
 

The proposals include alterations to the internal layout, a garden room extension, new dormer windows and an entrance porch – to keep the weather out, and the heat in.
 

As part of the refurbishment, significant improvements will be made to the thermal performance of the external fabric, along with proposals for solar and air source heat exchange systems.

 

Consented in October  2022.
