Gordon Scottish Borders
Five family homes have been designed for a small residential development on a backland site in the Scottish Borders.
The Gatehouse, Byre, and Lodge houses will be constructed using timber frame construction and will share a unified material language of render, timber cladding, and slate roof offering a contemporary yet contextually sensitive approach.
Planning consent was granted in February 2023.
