Our clients wished to renovate, refurbish and update a single and attic storey listed property, forming part of Main Street in the conservation area village of Pathhead, Midlothian.
The existing building will be extended to the rear at ground and attic/roof level with a contemporary fa-doon style dormer.
Both new homes will have 3 bedrooms.
Thermal performance will be brought in line with or exceed current standards where practical, ensuring that the new occupants can economically enjoy optimum comfort conditions in their new homes.
The proposals were consented in September 2021, and are currently progressing on site.
